Our Process
Your Journey to Better Health
Live your best life with our caring team by your side.
Initial Assessment
From the initial assessment, our staff will gather information related to your presentation and work with you to set goals for your treatment journey. They will assess your injury or condition against Outcome Measures, that we can use to track your progress- that way we can ensure we are going to achieve your goals with you.
Treatment Program
After a detailed assessment and a review of your findings, we will work with you to develop a tailored treatment program which may include a referral to some of our other services, we will help with this if needed.
Accute Pain and Injuries
Our team will complete a comprehensive assessment and inform you of a diagnosis and prognosis for acute pain and injuries to have you back to full health as quickly as possible. Typically, a Physiotherapy session will include assessment, some hands-on treatment (which can include massage, joint mobilisation, strapping, dry needling, etc), advice and education on what you can do at home to help, and prescription of a Home Exercise Program.
Funding
If your treatment is funded by a third party provider (e.g. NDIS, Workcover, DVA) our practitioners will complete any relevant reports and paperwork for you. Our practitioners also work closely with your GP to ensure continuity of care.
